The "FiveM effect" in GTA 6

HHG’s claim gains traction when we look at Rockstar’s moves. In 2023, the company acquired Cfx.re (the team behind FiveM and RedM) and, in 2026, relaunched these platforms with an official paid marketplace.
"If you thought GTA 5 was crazy with the RP servers, you haven’t seen anything yet," said HHG. The expectation is that the PC version will receive deep integration of creation tools that will allow for the official and profitable sale of items, maps, and scripts, transforming the hobby of modding into an elite profession.
Rapper Freddie Gibbs in Vice City?

Beyond the economic aspect, HHG dropped a detail about the game’s content. He mentioned a special side mission involving a “big rapper who accidentally left wrestler CM Punk bloodied.”
Everything points to him referring to Freddie Gibbs, who recounted a real-life incident with CM Punk during the filming of the horror movie Night Patrol. It’s worth noting that Gibbs is already a partner with Rockstar, with songs featured on the radio in GTA 5.
