It’s no secret that Take-Two’s stock has taken a major hit in recent months. Just to give you an idea, in the first few months of 2026, they’ve seen nearly all their 2025 profits vanish.
What the experts are saying:
- GamesRadar: The guys at GTAVoclock commented on the podcast that they don’t believe there will be another delay and that the schedule is set in stone.
- Tom Henderson: The insider has already mentioned that aggressive marketing should start any moment now.
- Reece (Kiwi Talkz): He emphasized that the “real” marketing starts now, in the middle of the year.
Likely scenarios for GTA 6 Trailer 3
Looking at the current situation, I see three paths Take-Two could take for this May 21st meeting:
- They release the trailer days in advance so they arrive at the meeting with stock prices skyrocketing and the whole world talking about the game. This is the most strategic scenario.
- They use the conference to confirm exactly when Trailer 3 will be released, creating massive anticipation among shareholders.
- They release the trailer right after the meeting to keep the topic alive for weeks.
In my opinion, Take-Two didn’t change that date by accident. These meetings are scheduled well in advance. For them to change it now, it’s because they’re coordinating with Rockstar Games to deliver news.
One thing I know for sure: the silence surrounding GTA 6 is about to end.
