That’s right, the man behind CJ is also counting down the days until GTA 6 and suffering through every delay rumor. Maylay told me, laughing, that he can’t walk down the street anymore without someone stopping him to ask about GTA 6.

He joked about the situation: "People come up to me now: 'Hey, what's going on with GTA 6?' I don't know! Damn, do you think they told me?" He made it clear that, despite his long history with the company, Rockstar keeps the secret under lock and key, even from its legends.
Young Maylay in GTA 6?
Even though he knows nothing, the desire to return to the GTA universe is still alive. Maylay revealed that, just like us, he’s “begging” Rockstar for an opportunity: “I’m rooting for that too. I sit at home like, ‘Please, give me a GTA 6! Please, Rockstar, please!’”
We talked about the massive hype and how Rockstar has the power to stop the world. Regarding rumors of release dates and possible delays, Maylay was blunt: “They pushed it back from May to November 19, 2026. And guess what? Everyone will wait, and they’ll be ready. I’m waiting!”
In short, he acknowledges that, no matter how long it takes, the public will be there on the day of GTA 6’s release, because they know that what’s coming will change the industry all over again.
